The Mill was already in existence when the Domesday book was compiled for William the Conqueror in 1068. So why not take the opportunity to stay in luxury accommodation in this historic location.

There are two rooms, one double, one twin available with their own bathrooms. Full English breakfast is supplied daily. Tea and Coffee Making facilities are also available in the kitchen/ dining area.


All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are fitted with full facilities including power showers. All rooms have village or river views and are designed by one of the countries leading interior designers. Wake up in peaceful surroundings ready for another busy day out touring the Cotswolds

You will find yourself staying in idyllic surroundings in one of the Cotswolds prettiest villages. Walking, touring, cycling, fishing, golf and horse riding are available close by. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants in the area catering for all tastes.

The Old Mill is an ideal tranquil and romantic hideaway but also a good base to tour the Cotswolds. All of the famous locations are close by and Stratford upon Avon, Blenheim Palace, and Oxford are only a short drive away.


The Old Mill is situated in Lower Slaughter between Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water just off of the A429 Fosseway.
